A New Identity for the Indicium Team

Here at Indicium we like to know what people think of us. Many of our clients have been with us for years (some since we started up over 11 years ago), and – like any other relationship – we think it’s important to have a good heart-to-heart now and again, to find out what we’re doing well, and what we could be doing better.

So – working in partnership with our branding partners at Brand Chemistry, we asked our clients why they chose to work with us, and what it was they liked about how we work.

Our clients told us that they liked working with us because our people actually OWN their IT challenges. They said - whether the problem sits with us, the client, a carrier or another supplier – we grab their IT problems, take complete ownership of them, and we don’t rest until they are resolved.

Well, we liked the sound of that (who wouldn’t?) and it made us feel really proud, so we decided to make it part of our new corporate identity.

The team at Brand Chemistry helped us to come up with the line ‘Breathe Easy’, which represents the way our clients said they felt, once they’d handed a problem over to us. And we also re-designed the way we offer our services, to make them more user-friendly and easier to understand.
