Indicium Technology Group is proud to announce that it has been selected by Chi-X® Global Inc.’s wholly owned Australian subsidiary to provide Chi-X with data centre services for its trading system and related infrastructure. These services will be delivered through Access Networks and Communications.

Access Networks delivers enterprise grade data centre solutions across multiple data centre locations. With expertise gained supporting clients and service providers in the financial services and trading community, Access Networks delivers products and services designed to support low latency and multiple exchange trading out of its Global Switch facility.
Access Networks offers Chi-X Australia extensive network connectivity together with excellent proximity hosting capabilities. Access Networks will also enable Chi-X to offer market participants adjacent rack space for co-location services in its new dedicated suite in Global Switch.

Global Switch is one of the largest data centres in the Southern Hemisphere, with over 34 megawatts of onsite power generation capacity and operated to an enhanced Tier III standard for data centre resilience, security and overall service integrity.
